Intake is generally initiated the same day you submit your information via the form on our website here. While we typically maintain a 7-day booking policy, we offer an expedited intake package for families who need visits scheduled even sooner.
All Pinnacle supervisors maintain an active Level 1 Clearance Card with the Arizona Department of Public Safety. Our team undergoes rigorous training regarding the specific requirements of supervised visitation and Pinnacle’s exclusive "Child-First" safety policies.
While specific locations are dictated by your court order, the majority of our visits occur in neutral, public settings. This includes parks, libraries, retail centers like Target, or local malls to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for the child.
